At Digispades, we strive to deliver high-quality services in SEO, website design & development, logo design, and content writing. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds of our digital services. By placing an order or making a payment, you agree to this policy.
1. General Policy
- All projects begin only after receipt of full or partial payment and written confirmation of requirements.
- Once a service has started, work hours, resources, and third-party costs are allocated; therefore, refunds are limited.
- All cancellation or refund requests must be made in writing via email to contact@digispades.net
- Phone or chat cancellation requests will not be accepted.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 15 calendar days from the order date.
- Refunds are not applicable for:
- Domain registration, hosting, or third-party software/plugin fees.
- Add-ons, updates, or renewal services for existing websites.
- Work already completed or delivered.
- All approved refunds are subject to administrative and transaction deductions.
3. Service-Specific Terms
A. Website Design and Development
- Before project initiation: 80% refund (20% cancellation fee).
- After project starts but before design submission: 50% refund.
- After design submission but before completion: 20% refund.
- After final delivery or deployment: No refund is available.
If no advance work has been initiated by Digispades, you are eligible for a refund within 7 days of payment. Once work has commenced, the project is deemed “in progress,” and only partial refunds (as stated above) may apply.
B. SEO Services
- SEO plans are billed monthly, quarterly, or half-yearly.
- A full refund is available if cancellation is requested within 48 hours of payment.
- No refund is issued for months already completed or ongoing.
- Prepaid upcoming months may be refunded upon written request if service delivery has not started.
C. Logo Designing
- Before draft submission: 80% refund.
- After first concept delivery: 50% refund.
- After final approval or source file delivery: Non-refundable.
4. Payment Terms
- All prices are quoted in USD for international clients and in INR for Indian clients.
- Payments must be made as per the invoice schedule.
- Milestone payments must be cleared within 5 working days of each milestone unless otherwise agreed.
- Final payment must be made before the website or project goes live.
- Receipt of payment confirms acceptance of deliverables, milestones, and terms.
5. Late Fees and Invoices
- Outstanding invoices will incur a 10% monthly late payment fee after the due date.
- Invoices are deemed outstanding if unpaid 14 days past the due date.
- Clients must keep contact and billing information updated to ensure timely communication.
6. Non-Refundable Services
- Domain names, hosting, and any third-party purchases made on behalf of the client are non-refundable.
- Renewal cancellations must be requested at least 30 days before the renewal date.
- Once a project is delivered, installed, or transferred to the client’s server, no further refunds are applicable.
7. Refund Processing Timeline
- Domestic Refunds (India): Refunds usually reflect within 5 to 7 business days (on average) in the customer’s bank account once processed.
- Credit/Debit Cards: It may take up to 7–10 business days, depending on the issuing bank’s processing speed.
- UPI, Wallet Balance: Refunds are typically instant to 2 working days after processing.
- International Cards: Cross-border settlements can take up to 10 business days to reflect.
If the refund has not appeared within these timeframes, please check with your bank or card provider after confirming the refund status with our team.
8. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a billing or service dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through written communication and good-faith discussion.
The liability of Digispades is limited to the value of the service paid and approved for refund.
9. Policy Updates
Digispades reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy without prior notice.
